Did you know that one and three American adults is at risk for Type 2 diabetes?

There are several types of diabetes, but Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes.  Millions of Americans have been diagnosed, and many more are unaware they are at high risk.

Type 2 diabetes is more common in African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Islanders, as well as the aged population.

What can you do?

Answer a few simple questions about weight, age, family history and other potential risks to find out your risk level and whether or not you should speak with your healthcare provider.
